Vic was once born in 1929 in New York City in a middle-class Jewish family. He used to be the son of Harry Morozoff, an electrical engineer, and his wife, Jean (Kress) Morozoff. He dropped out of excessive college when he used to be 17 and later enlisted in the United States Navy.
